Data retention & security

Account records are retained while your account is active. Tracking tokens stored on your device expire automatically after 30 days. GoNomadNests is intended for travelers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Our 30-day tracking token

When you click through to a booking partner, we write a small attribution record into your browser's local storage. It contains a randomly generated click identifier, the partner network name, your detected currency and locale, and a timestamp. It contains no name, no email address, and no payment details.

This record is set to expire 30 days after your click and is deleted automatically once expired. Its only purpose is to guarantee that if you come back later and complete your booking, the partner still credits the referral to GoNomadNests — which is what keeps our guides free to read.

Managing cookies

• Use private or incognito browsing to prevent any token from persisting after your session.
• Block third-party cookies in your browser — our core search experience will continue to work.

How affiliate links work

• Those links open in a new tab and carry a tracking marker identifying GoNomadNests as the referring site.
• If you book, the partner pays us a percentage of their own margin. The price you see and pay is the partner's standard rate.
• Commission arrangements never determine our editorial rankings, star ratings, or which nests we recommend.

Our editorial commitment

Every recommendation on GoNomadNests is chosen on merit: location quality, verified guest scores, value for money, and how well a property fits the nest category it is listed under. We reject partner requests for paid placement inside our editorial guides, and we will not describe a stay or experience in terms we do not believe to be accurate.

Pricing accuracy

Prices, availability, and inclusions displayed on GoNomadNests are indicative and sourced from partner feeds. Always confirm the final total, cancellation policy, and taxes on the partner's checkout page before you pay. Your booking contract is with the partner and the property, not with GoNomadNests.
